Sara trained at Hammond and Rambert. She is a founding member and now co-director at 3rd Stage Dance Company.

Sara teaches beginner, intermediate and advanced ballet, as well as contemporary technique for 3rd Stage. Her classes are welcoming and friendly and designed to enjoy the freedom in movement that can only be found through a solid technique.
